Who We Are

This is the privacy policy for Sol, the creative and healing work of Christy Little, operating as a sole proprietor at sol-art.studio. When you visit this site, sign up for the newsletter, make a purchase, or reach out through the contact form, you're sharing information with me directly. I take that trust seriously.

What Information I Collect

Through the newsletter signup form: Your email address. That's it.

Through the contact form: Your first name, last name, and email address.

Through purchases: If you purchase an Inner Sun Session or a Living Lights print, payment is processed securely through Stripe. I do not store your payment card details — Stripe handles all of that directly. For print orders, fulfillment is handled through a third-party print partner (currently Printify or Printful, depending on the order). Your name and shipping address will be shared with them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Automatically through Squarespace: Squarespace, the platform this site is built on, may collect certain technical data automatically when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is standard website infrastructure data. You can read Squarespace's own privacy policy at squarespace.com/privacy.

How I Use Your Information

I use the information you share with me only for the purpose you shared it for:

  • Your email address (newsletter) is used to send you the Luminous Inner Sanctuary transmissions via Substack. You will not receive anything you didn't sign up for.

  • Your contact form information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

  • Your purchase information is used to process and fulfill your order.

I do not sell your data. I do not share it with third parties except as described above (Stripe for payment processing, Substack for email delivery, and Printify or Printful for print fulfillment). Each of these platforms has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Third-Party Platforms

The following third parties are involved in how this site operates:

Substack — email newsletter delivery. When you subscribe to the Luminous Inner Sanctuary, your email is held and managed by Substack. Their privacy policy is available at substack.com/privacy.

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all card and payment data securely. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Printify / Printful — print fulfillment (where applicable). Your shipping information is shared with the relevant fulfillment partner for the sole purpose of delivering your order.

Squarespace — website hosting and infrastructure. Squarespace may process technical data as part of standard site operation.

Squarespace uses cookies as part of standard website functionality. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the site function properly. I do not run any additional tracking or advertising cookies on this site. If you'd like to manage cookie preferences, you can do so through your browser settings.

How Long I Keep Your Information

  • Newsletter subscribers: your email is held by Substack for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time and your data will be removed from the active list.

  • Contact form inquiries: I retain these only as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your inquiry.

  • Purchase records: retained as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information I hold about you

  • Request that I correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your personal information (where it isn't required to be retained by law)

  • Withdraw consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter)
