Permission
This is for the one who holds it together. The one who shows up, who figures it out, who keeps moving even when moving costs her something. She has learned to make herself smaller in rooms that couldn't hold all of her, and larger in moments that required more than she had. Somewhere along the way, she stopped asking what she needed and just got very, very good at providing.
She finds Permission before she understands why. Maybe she's drawn to the way the colors move, unhurried, unforced, like something that was never trying to be anything other than exactly what it is. Maybe she just stands in front of it and feels, for the first time in a long time, that it's safe to exhale.
This piece was painted from inside a moment of deep personal softening, a conscious decision to stop pushing energy and let it find its own way. What arrived on the canvas was grace. What it carries into your space is an invitation to come home to yourself, quietly, without performance, without having earned it first.
This is not a painting you hang when you've finally figured it all out. This is the painting you hang when you're ready to begin.
It belongs in the rooms where the air can move around it, on a wall where morning light can touch it, in a space where the eye can return throughout the day and find that something has shifted, softened, or brightened since the last looking.
For the woman who knows she is made of more light than she is currently living from, this painting becomes a daily, wordless mirror: your light is living. And it is already in motion within you.
One-of-a-kind original 30”x30” mixed media on canvas, arriving in a handmade custom wood frame along with a personalized meditation created for you after purchasing, and a signed Certificate of Origin — a record of its authenticity, its transmission, and the moment it became yours.
If you want to see her in the light before she goes home, I sometimes offer short video viewings, send me a note here and we'll find a moment.
